Beautiful people do not just happen: A poem by Ngozi Olivia Osuoha

Beauty is inbuilt, it is withinThe physical is a deceit,Beautiful people have an amazing spiritThat is what makes them excellent.
Beautiful people may not have moneyBut they are rich and willing to giveThey are generous even with nothingThese people value life and love.
Sometimes, beautiful people do not just happenWe pay some due to let them shine,Their heart is golden, pure and freeNothing stains them no matter who hurts them.
These people hardly complain they flow like waterTaking the shape of the containerThey may be tattered, shattered and haggardYet, their mind is the dwelling place of God.
