Universe: A poem by Jellie N.Wyckelsma

Looking up at the sky
Trying to comprehend
The vastness of the universe
The eyes travel from star to star
Where does the universe begin
Where does it end …

The mind boggles by the infinity of it all
With binoculars in hand
The spectrum even widens
Comets, black holes
Fiery trails of falling stars
Like signs from Heaven sent.

The mystery of the universe
Nobody will ever fully understand
Simply accepting its existence as God-sent.
